Ridge Road Townhomes is a 198-unit multifamily project we recently started in Concord, NC, developed for our repeat client Mission Properties. Designed by Roland Architecture, the community features multiple townhome clusters thoughtfully arranged to foster a neighborhood feel.

Residents will enjoy a variety of amenities, including a standalone clubhouse, a pool amenity courtyard for relaxation and social gatherings, a dedicated dog park for pet owners, and a neighborhood green space designed for outdoor recreation. This project reflects a commitment to high-quality living and community-centered design.
