C. Herman Construction was proud to partner with Greystone Affordable Development on this much needed affordable housing project in Southeast Raleigh, North Carolina. This was our third project in the Raleigh market and our first project with this client.

New Bern Crossings is a 192-unit low-income, multifamily rental housing development complete with 70 one-bedroom units, 82 two-bedroom units, and 40 three-bedroom units. These new apartments are located right off of the City of Raleigh’s Wake BRT route, providing residents convenient access to public transportation and resources to grow and thrive in the community.
