Accent Southrail Townhomes was our sixth project we completed for Westplan Investors. This project is located right next door to Accent Southrail Apartments located at 200 E. Woodlawn in Charlotte.

These stylish townhomes feature spacious layouts, gourmet kitchens, integrated garages and private rooftop patios. In total, this project features 53 total townhomes with a mix of three and four story units. Residents can take advantage of resort-style amenities across the street at Accent Southrail Apartments, including a sparkling pool, state-of-the-art fitness center, and a welcoming clubhouse.
