Completed in spring 2025, The Avery Apartments is a 187-unit multifamily community located in the heart of Asheville, NC. This marks C. Herman Construction’s second project in the Asheville market and our first partnership with Delray Ventures, alongside architect Cline Design.

Set against a scenic mountain backdrop, The Avery offers thoughtfully designed studio, one, and two-bedroom apartments with upscale interiors, including quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, tile backsplashes, and wood-style flooring.
