C. Herman Construction recently completed The Townes at Blake Farm, a 154-unit townhome community located in the master-planned Blake Farm development in Wilmington, NC. This marked our fifth project in the Wilmington market and our fourth with trusted client Chaucer Creek Capital.

Each townhome features high-end finishes including stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, luxury vinyl plank flooring, and spacious layouts with walk-in closets and private patios. The community offers residents a low-maintenance lifestyle with access to walking trails, a resort-style pool, and a clubhouse.

The Townes at Blake Farm complements our continued work within the development, which also includes The Reserve at Blake Farm Phases 1 and 2 and Oak Grove Apartments.
