Echelon at Charlotte is a 232-unit garden-style multifamily community currently under construction in Concord, North Carolina. Developed in partnership with Fiduciary Real Estate Development and AG Architecture, the project consists of eight residential buildings, a standalone clubhouse, and four garage structures.
