Elizabeth Commons Apartments is a 292-unit multifamily community being built in Fort Mill, SC. This project will offer a blend of modern design and engaging outdoor spaces.  This community was designed by Cline Design and will be another project we deliver for our valued client Chaucer Creek Capital.

Elizabeth Commons will consist of four residential buildings, each featuring its own outdoor amenity courtyard to enhance community living. The project also includes a standalone clubhouse with additional outdoor amenities and a central pool courtyard, creating a well-rounded and inviting residential experience.
